The systems will be supplied over two years with an additional four years of maintenance, technical support and on-site training. QuantaDyn Corporation will provide engineering and device manufacturing support along with a joint fires sustainment and maintenance expertise to the JFST program.

"Our partnership...substantiates QuantaDyn’s proven capability to provide recognized and accredited Joint Fires simulated training which is globally recognised as interoperable and reliable," said Bill Dunn, President of QuantaDyn Corporation.

QuantaDyn Corporation has delivered over 100 joint fires simulators meeting Joint Fires and JTAC needs for 11 countries.

QuantaDyn said its track record of providing high quality training to JTACS has placed the company in a strong position to support the UK JFST program as the design authority of the systems. Comprising of multiple networked simulators to train mounted and dismounted Joint Fires teams and Joint Fires Cells, the systems have been designed to maximise the Ministry of Defence’s (MOD) existing investment in simulation assets (software, models and terrains), and will contribute significant technological advancements that the MOD can leverage for future simulation projects.
