AVT Simulation broke ground at a new headquarters facility that once completed, will be the 40,000 square-foot home in the Quadrangle in Orlando, Florida.

The new AVT Simulation headquarters is under construction by Andrew General Contractors, Inc., this will enable AVT Simulation to continue providing services for the warfighter.

Along with the new home of AVT Simulation operations, thenew building in the Quadrangle will also be the new home of the AVT SimulationTraining Center.

In attendance for the ceremony were executives of AVTSimulation, Robert Abascal, Founder and CEO; Kyle Crooks, President; KimberlySheldon, CFO; and Christina Wilson, Operations Manager, and FSO. From AndrewGeneral Contractors, Inc. was Todd Andrew, President; Matt Bourassa, Estimator;and Richard Brunelle, Superintendent.

AVT Simulation Founder and CEO Robert Abascal recently won the Pioneer Award for MS&T’s 2019 Industry Awards Program.
