The Royal Danish Air Force (RDAF) has become the launch customer for VRpilot as it takes delivery of 25 Oculus Quest devices with VRflow, the interactive cockpit procedure trainer, customized for the T-17 basic trainer aircraft. VRflow will be used by new recruits at the Royal Danish Air Force Flying School for cockpit procedure training.

Major General Anders Rex, Commander, Air Command Denmark, commented: “We see virtual reality as a key element of future flight training as it has the potential of improving and accelerating our pilot training.”

In addition to the T-17 VRflow procedure trainer, VRpilot will deliver services and software to support other VR flight training activities at the RDAF Flying School.
