The Philippine Army will create a new E-Learning centre under its Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC). The Armor School (TAS) E-Learning Management facility will be located in the newly-constructed Bandong Hall located at Camp O’Donnel, Capas, Tarlac.
The new building was inaugurated in the last week of September by the Commanding General of the Philippine Army, Lt. Gen. Cirilito Sobejana. The Philippine Army will utilise the new Armor School (TAS) E-Learning Management facility to develop training strategies and modules to enhance the combat capabilities of its soldiers.
