Van Halteren Technologies (VHT) completed its acquisition of the Large Project Division of Bosch Rexroth. Effective 1 May 2022, the motion simulation department will operate under the VHT flag.
VHT anticipates many positive changes as a result of this takeover. All Motion Simulation IP is fully transferred to VHT, along with the knowledgeable staff with 36 years of professional experience providing motion systems for the simulation industry. VHT will also take over the after-market and support responsibility for the installed systems worldwide.
