Nathan Ginos has been promoted to Vice President of Development of Engineering & Computer Simulations (ECS). He joined ECS in 2017 as a CH-47F Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Deputy Program Manager following his retirement from the U.S. Army. Ginos brings more than 20 years of asset and program management expertise and expertise as a U.S. Army aviator to the role. He will lead the company’s technology and software development division and oversee all development-related projects, including providing direction throughout the entire product life cycle and being actively involved with the final integration and deployment of all training and technology products and services.

Mick Golson, president of Engineering & Computer Simulations (ECS), says: “Nate is a valued member of our ECS team. His widespread operational and military background as an experienced aviator and subject matter expert paired with his critical thinking skills make him the ideal leader for our development group as we continue to expand our capabilities in the aviation and aerospace, logistics, and emerging technologies areas.”

During his military career, Ginos had extensive experience managing petroleum, aviation and ground maintenance, air traffic services, and aviation units, as well as serving multiple assignments as an operational level planner and Aviation Officer. Utilizing his asset and program management and communications experience, he blends solid technical experience with his operational background to analyze customers’ needs and then implements those requirements into successful training services and innovative technology products.

A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Ginos has earned a bachelor’s degree in systems engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, a master’s degree in international relations from Webster University, and a master’s degree in theater operations from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College (CGSC) and School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS).
