Pinnacle Solutions’ Board of Directors has appointed Tina Tucker as its new President and Chief Executive Officer. Her detailed understanding of Pinnacle’s operation, history, and capabilities, combined with her deep commitment to its success, made her the ideal choice for this opportunity. Tucker will assume her new role on January 1, 2023, following Mike Durant’s retirement from day-to-day business activities. Durant will continue to be instrumental in Pinnacle’s future as its Chairman of the Board of Directors.

After graduating from Austin Peay State University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and having successfully completed an internship through which she gained valuable experience as a software developer on the Transportable Black Hawk Operations Simulator (TBOS), Tucker began her full-time career in 2005 as a Software Engineer. Three years later in May of 2008, shortly after Durant founded Pinnacle, Tucker joined the Pinnacle Team, developing software for a multitude of training systems. Tucker then earned her Master of Science degree in Project Management from Florida Tech. Since that time, she has held roles as a Program Manager, Vice President of Engineering, and Chief Operating Officer at Pinnacle.

In preparation for her new role, Tina has worked closely with Durant’s and Pinnacle’s leadership team on planning and implementing Pinnacle’s short and long-term business strategies. Her technical background and experience, deep understanding of the company’s core capabilities and processes, and extensive knowledge of Pinnacle’s customers and industry partners, make her an ideal successor to Durant. Coupled with her familiarity of Pinnacle’s culture, her compassion for Pinnacle’s employees, and her exceptional leadership skills, she is well positioned to lead the company far into the future.
