Former Naval Air Forces Exec Joins Advisory Board

Xiphos Partners has added Bryan Scurry, executive director (ret.), Commander, Naval Air Forces (CNAF) to its Senior Advisory Board, effective immediately.

Scurry brings extensive expertise in naval aviation, mission systems, and command and control, having retired from the Senior Executive Service (SES) in 2023 as executive director for CNAF. His leadership in integrating data analytics into flight operations has made a lasting impact on naval readiness and operational effectiveness.

Before his role at CNAF, Mr. Scurry served as Assistant Chief Engineer for Mission Systems Architecture at NAVWAR and led the Command and Control Department at NIWC Pacific, shaping the future of warfighting networks and information dominance. Today, as an industry executive, he continues to drive innovation across multiple defense sectors.
