Olmos Technologies and blackshark.ai are set to present significant enhancements to their joint offerings at the I/ITSEC 2024 conference. These advancements aim to provide customers in the defense and professional simulation sectors with improved capabilities, unlocking new potential for existing simulators and image generators (IGs).
The partnership introduces several new features that offer CDB-compliant visuals, elevating quality, performance, and integration for users of CDB, OpenFlight, and other standard terrain formats.
The collaboration will integrate blackshark.ai’s terrain data into existing CDB and proprietary simulation systems. This integration provides access to AI-powered terrain, enhancing visual diversity and environmental realism for users. Additionally, the new functionality will benefit operators working with established terrain databases or using IGs based on formats like CDB and OpenFlight.
The new offering also includes advanced sensor simulation and terrain data accuracy, further improving the quality of visual simulations.
