Operative Experience (OEI) announced that OEI chairman, LouOberndorf, will assume the role of CEO for the company, effective immediately.Former CEO, Mick Navin has left the company to pursue other opportunities.
Oberndorf brings more than 23 years of experience in medicaltechnology leadership, including serving as founder and CEO of MedicalEducation Technologies Inc. (METI), the first company to deliver high-fidelitypatient simulation to healthcare education.
In addition, Chief Financial Officer, Justin Weitzenfeld,will take on the additional role of general manager of Operations at thecompany’s headquarters and manufacturing facility in NorthEast, Maryland.
