The federal government is investing $3.8 million to train 400 workers for the NextStar electric vehicle battery plant in Windsor. The training will incorporate virtual reality (VR) technology, offering hands-on experience in a simulated environment to prepare workers for real-world manufacturing scenarios. This initiative aims to equip the workforce with the necessary skills for the growing EV industry.
