Engineering Real Results (ERR) now offers virtual reality training at centers nationwide, including Chandler's Ford. The company trains tradespeople in plumbing, electrics, welding, and renewables using VR headsets to simulate real scenarios.
Director Ricky Sharma said VR complements hands-on training, appealing especially to younger students. Skills learned in VR are later practiced in ERR’s training areas and on real development sites, such as a former hat factory in Luton and a Victorian mill in Stoke-on-Trent.
