Carter Myers Automotive is using virtual reality to bring technician training to schools and communities without formal automotive programs. Like many dealership groups, Carter Myers faces ongoing demand for service technicians and works with local colleges and high schools to promote career pathways.

However, not all schools have the resources to offer hands-on training. VR provides an accessible solution, giving students immersive exposure to dealership service environments and helping expand the technician talent pipeline.
