L3 Commercial Aviation began training its 200th intake of cadets at the L3 Airline Academy in Southampton, UK. The cadets experienced their ‘first flight’ ceremony and were treated to a celebratory cake.
“We are always delighted to welcome new cadets on the first day of what will hopefully be a long and exciting career as a pilot,” said Colin Rydon, VP of Training, Safety and Compliance. “Today’s 200th cohort of aspiring pilots represent a great milestone for the business and we wish them the best of luck on their training program.”
