AXIS Flight Training Systems, an independent flight simulator manufacturer, achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification for its quality management system (QMS). The certification is an internationally recognized accreditation that outlines the requirements an organization must maintain in its QMS. The certification means AXIS’ products and services comply with the requirements outlined in the ISO 9001:2015 accreditation.
Various steps must be met before achieving the ISO accreditation such as a gap analysis report, training and internal audits. The new certification, authorized by TÜV Nord, advances AXIS’ previous ISO 9001:2008 credential.
