Défense Conseil International (DCI) has acquired three helicopters for its Helicopter International Training Centre (H-ITC), located in the French Army bases of Dax and Luc-en-Provence.
This acquisition is meeting the very high demand of France friendly countries in pilot training, from initial stage to operational mission conduct. The H-ITC needs amount to approximately 3,000 flight hours for 2016 alone. DCI therefore decided to acquire three additional aircraft and to update them to the same standard as the HeliDax ones to standardise the fleet used for instruction. The first aircraft should be leveled at the end of 2015 and the other two during the second semester of 2016. The three helicopters will fly the DCI colours.
H-ITC courses are provided in English and French, in collaboration with the Army Aviation and HeliDax, the DCI subsidiary responsible for selling practice flight hours to the French Armed Forces.
