L3 Link Simulation & Training ( L3 Link) has been awarded a position to compete under the US Navy's Fielded Training Systems Support (FTSS) IV Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC), which has an estimated contract ceiling value of $1.75 billion.

L3 Link is one of several contractors competing for future FTSS IV task orders over the next five years.

Over the life of the FTSS IV program, contracts will be awarded to support a wide range of training requirements within the US Navy and Marine Corps, including Contractor Operation and Maintenance of Simulators (COMS), Contractor Instructional Services (CIS), training device relocations, training systems management, minor modifications support and in-service engineering support.

"L3 Link is very pleased to have been selected to compete for FTSS IV awards," said Lenny Genna, president of L3 Link. "We have made substantial investments in new technologies as well as methods of training, and fielding these advancements on FTSS IV will result in enhanced training capabilities for our warfighters."
