General Manager of NAHEMA Mr Fialkowski and
CEO of Reiser Dr. Sperl signing the MTR contract

Reiser Simulation and Training (RST) will deliver a MRH90 Maintenance Training Rig (MTR) for the Rotary Aircraft Maintenance School (RAMS) in Australia.

The MTR is an exact, non-flying replica of the most advanced NH90 tactical troop transport helicopter of the 21st Century. Maintenance and onboard technical personnel will use it for training on both mechanical systems and components of the popular rotorcraft.

Handling, removal, repair and installation of serviceable parts are among over 800 maintenance tasks that will be replicated. Due to highest standards in data gathering and design, the MTR's high fidelity also allows installing additional role change equipment.

By using this Maintenance Training approach, crews get more access to hands on training without having to tie up a real helicopter.

NAHEMA contracted RST for the development and production of the MRH90 device. NAHEMA, based in Aix-en-Provence, France, is the responsible management agency for the NH90 program. It represents and acts as such on behalf of 11 nations.
