The National Training and Simulation Association (NTSA) has extended the call for nominations for its prestigious Top Under 40 recognition program, which honors the next generation of leaders in the Modeling, Simulation, and Training (MS&T) community. This accolade highlights individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, contributed significantly to the MS&T community, and achieved substantial professional success early in their careers.
The Top Under 40 award recognizes those who are making a lasting impact on the I/ITSEC community through their volunteerism, professional contributions, and leadership. These rising leaders will continue to shape the MS&T community, ensuring its vibrancy and relevance for years to come.
Nominations will be reviewed based on the following key areas:
The selection committee is composed of NTSA members and industry leaders from government, academia, and the MS&T sector.
Nominees must be active in the MS&T industry, over the age of 26, and under the age of 40 by December 31, 2024.
Timeline
Winners of the Top Under 40 will be celebrated across NTSA and I/ITSEC platforms, receive complimentary registration to I/ITSEC, and be recognized at key events, including the Speakers Reception and the NTSA M&S Awards Dinner. Additionally, honorees will be invited to join the inaugural Next Gen Committee, helping to shape the future of the MS&T community.
