JPMorgan Chase is training new hires in prompt engineering to prepare for artificial intelligence (AI) advancements, according to Quartz.

The bank has more than 2,000 AI and machine learning experts, up from 900 last year, with over 400 use cases in production. This technology will significantly impact the bank’s developers and operations staff.
