Fincantieri NexTech, a subsidiary of the Fincantieri Group, and CAE have signed a Memorandum of Understanding - MoU in Montreal in occasion of the 2024 CANSEC event.

The MoU serves as the foundation for a strategic partnership between two technology companies and the agreement focuses on fostering sustainable future collaboration across their diversified portfolios, which include Training & Simulation solutions for adaptive learning, Integrated Product Support and Lifecycle services and ElectroMagnetic Engineering - EME.

Fincantieri believes it is one of the world’s largest shipbuilding groups, and the only one active in all high-tech marine industry sectors. It provides services for cruise, naval and oil & gas and wind offshore vessels, as well as in the production of systems and component equipment, after-sales services and marine interiors solutions.
