Andy Smith Joins VR/AR Association’s Central Florida Chapter Board of Advisors

Andy Smith, Founder and CEO of Halldale Media, has been appointed to the Board of Advisors for the VR/AR Association (VRARA) - Central Florida Chapter.

Andy has dedicated nearly four decades to advancing the simulation and training industry. His leadership and vision have helped to shape best practices in training and elevate the importance of simulation through key industry events and trusted business-to-business publications. Based in Orlando, he has been a pivotal figure in promoting simulation and training excellence globally.

John A. Cunningham, President of the VRARA Central Florida Chapter, expressed his enthusiasm: “Andy is a recognised leader in simulation and training, with a career spanning over 40 years. His early support of XR technology and his continuous dedication to the industry make him an invaluable addition to our advisory board. Under Andy's guidance, Halldale has grown to be the most-visited online hub for the simulation and training community and also organises premier global events like WATS, EATS, and APATS, which span the US, Europe, and Asia.
