MPS Joins Forces With Talent Empowerment Nl To Train Smart Employees

MPS has signed an agreement with TalentEmpowerment, an organisation focused on supporting Olympic level athletes and musicians, to train our employees.

Through this financial commitment, MPS not only supports the next generation of talent to “train smarter” whilst achieving excellence in sports and music, but this also allows MPS’ own employees to advance their efficiency and communication by training in the same way as these athletes and musicians. 

MPS said: "the laws that apply in top-level sports and music at TalentEmpowerment also apply at MPS; both organizations rely on training its people to better themselves in their respective areas of expertise for outstanding outcomes." 

Honing skillsets and knowledge in talented people is required to reach the highest levels of competition, or in MPS’ case, excellent simulators and smart training solutions for customer flight training. 

This partnership provides significant benefits to the MPS team, providing them with access to the TalentEmpowerment network, cultural and team building events and inspiration, while it also supports big future dreams for those affiliated athletes and musicians.

TalentEmpowerment was founded in 2016 by Bertram Veen and Laurens Matla. What started as two big brothers encouraged to fund their siblings in achieving their Olympic dreams has transformed into a social enterprise focused on supporting top-level athletes and musicians in achieving their goals by means of Club TalentEmpowerment (ClubTE). 

ClubTE relies on the support of the local Dutch business community and in return, connects and inspires excellence in their network. Since 2016, the organization has assisted athletes in earning fourteen Olympic Gold Medals, 25+ World Championships and 40+ European Championships. The TalentEmpowerment network is affiliated with over 50 top athletes and 12 musicians.
