Frasca International, Inc. has received a contract for a Level 5 R44 helicopter flight training device (FTD) from Central Oregon Community College (COCC), in Oregon. The FTD will simulate the Robinson R44 helicopter and will feature a 3 channel cylindrical 220° visual display system with a Frasca's TruVision™ Global visual system including a helicopter missions database for the state of Oregon. The device will be used in the college's careers pathway for aviation program which provides flight training for both fixed wing and helicopter pilots.
