Quadrant has announced the completion of a major relocation programme for British Airways.

Quadrant baseline tested, relocated and re-commissioned full flight simulators, fixed base simulators and cabin trainers being transferred from the BA Flight Training Centre at Cranebank to the new BA Global Learning Academy at Heathrow Airport.

A total of 18 simulators have been relocated over a 12 month period from December 2014 with an intense working schedule operating seven days per week.

Commenting on the relocations, Mike Burtenshaw, BA Manager of Flight Training said, "This was an operationally critical programme for BA and detailed plans were implemented by Quadrant to minimise the downtime on every training device. The programme involved a high degree of cooperation and we are very pleased to have worked with Quadrant to execute the plan which was carefully evolved by both companies."
