Bangkok Aviation Center (BAC) has signed two separate Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) regarding new training programs.

The first, between BAC, Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep (UTK) and Thai AirAsia is for an Aircraft Mechanic program.

The MOU was signed on 3rd July 2017 at Intercontinental Hotel Bangkok by UKT’s President, Dr. Sathit Puttachaiyong; Banyat Hansakul, Thai AirAsia’s Engineering Director; and Wg.Cdr.Piya Tregalnon, BAC’s CEO.

The second MOU signed was between BAC and Assumption University (AU), and will see the former providing the Aeronautic Engineering students at AU the opportunity of training to obtain a Commercial Pilot License (CPL).

The program will enable students to operate as private pilots on a single-engine airplane and as co-pilots on a single and/or multi-engine airplane in commercial air transport.

This signing ceremony took place on 14th June 2017 at Assumption University’s Suvarnabhumi Campus.
