Comply365's Board of Directors has appointed Tom Samuel as Chief Executive Officer. He will assume day-to-day leadership of the company and will also joint Comply365's Board of Directors.

Samuel, an aviation industry software veteran, has served as Comply365's President since 2017, and joined the company as Chief Operating Officer in 2015. Kerry Frank, Comply365's co-founder, is stepping down from her role as CEO.

"It has been a tremendous honor to serve as the CEO of Comply365 since founding the company, and I am incredibly proud of everything our team has accomplished together in the last 10 years," Frank said. "We've led the aviation market in Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) and document management solutions since we launched our first EFB app for the iPad over six years ago. The company continues to innovate in important ways such as the recent launch of ProAuthor, the industry's first XML-based authoring solution for OEM and company manuals."

Before joining Comply365, Tom Samuel spent 18 years at Sabre Airline Solutions, where he held various roles leading product and process innovation. His efforts helped airlines increase revenue, reduce cost, and meet commercial and operational objectives in a challenging and dynamic environment.
