FlightSafety International is expanding its Master Technician program to include cabin systems.
The new Master Technician Cabin Systems program offers a progressive curriculum that follows a five step process. It is designed to provide technicians with the skills required to service and maintain the cabin of the aircraft they support.
In order to complete the Cabin Systems program technicians must complete five courses. They include Avionics Standard Practices, aeroIT, Cabin Connectivity, Integrated Cabin Management Systems and Cabin Systems Operational Maintenance Program (OMP).
FlightSafety Master Technician training was developed in close collaboration with aircraft, component and system manufacturers, and is designed to help technicians develop a higher level of skill and increase their problem-solving ability. It also enables them to further enhance their contributions to the safety, reliability and operating efficiency of the aircraft or components they support and maintain.
