AirExplore has introduced an integrated training framework from Flyco Training Solutions, combining an Evidence-Based Training (EBT) system and a Training Management System (TMS). This initiative aims to support training oversight, pilot development, and administrative efficiency using digital tools.
The EBT system incorporates a data-driven methodology to evaluate crew performance and identify skill gaps. It includes an advanced grading mechanism with customizable scales for assessing various e-forms, offering a structured way to address training needs and focus on key performance areas.
The TMS complements the EBT system by providing tools for: Real-time Training Progress Tracking to monitor individual and team performance, document management for centralized access to training materials, notifications and reminders to manage deadlines and events, scheduling management for organizing training activities, and reporting and analytics to support decision-making with detailed performance insights.
The integrated EBT and TMS systems allow for streamlined workflows, enabling data to flow seamlessly between performance assessments and administrative functions. This coordination is designed to enhance the efficiency of training programs at AirExplore.
