China Flying Dragon General Aviation (China Flying Dragon) and Guangdong U-Wing Aviation Technology (U-Wing Simulation) jointly signed an intent to purchase agreement for a King Air C90 Level D full-flight simulator.

With the domestic civil aviation market rebounding and growing demand for flight training, the importance of flight simulation devices is increasingly evident. For years, the high-end flight simulation training device market has been dominated by foreign manufacturers. Headquartered in Zhuhai, U-Wing Simulation will successfully develop the King Air C90 Level D full flight simulator locally, which complies with standards set by both the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) and international aviation regulators, filling a gap in the domestic market.

To improve the safety and convenience of advanced pilot training, China Flying Dragon plans to integrate U-Wing Simulation’s self-developed King Air C90 Level D simulator into its operations, strengthening its competitive position in the flight training market.

This intent to purchase agreement reflects a shared commitment to enhancing autonomy in the aviation industry and represents a complementary partnership in the field of flight training. According to the agreement, the King Air C90 full flight simulator will be delivered within one year of the purchase contract signing and will obtain CAAC Part 60 Level D certification.
