U-Wing Simulation recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Guanghan Branch of the Civil Aviation Flight University of China (CAFUC). The collaboration will focus on next-generation flight training technologies, industry standards development, international exchanges, and talent cultivation, aiming to drive high-quality development in China’s civil aviation training sector.
Under the agreement, the two parties will prioritize collaborative development of next-generation flight training simulation equipment based on Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA). Leveraging U-Wing Simulation’s technological R&D strengths and Guanghan Branch’s practical training experience and data resources, the partnership aims to advance domestically developed high-end flight training equipment and methodologies, ultimately enhancing service capabilities for global civil aviation training needs.
Beyond technological innovation, the collaboration will research into next-generation flight training equipment standards. By integrating China’s operational experience with global safety practices, the initiative aims to refine domestic training frameworks while influencing international aviation regulations.
The partners plan to co-host international forums and conferences on aviation simulation and flight safety, fostering cross-border dialogue and knowledge sharing. This collaboration aims to promote the internationalization of China’s expertise and contribute to elevating safety standards in global civil aviation training.
A joint talent ecosystem will be established, spanning student recruitment, internship programs, and employment pipelines. Through shared training bases and international exchange initiatives, the partnership aims to nurture aviation professionals with both technical proficiency and global perspectives, strengthening the industry’s long-term growth.
Looking ahead, guided by the principle of "complementary strengths and resource sharing," the two parties will drive technological empowerment and collaborative ecosystem development to continuously pioneer innovative breakthroughs in global civil aviation training.
