See RYAN AEROSPACE this week at the Land Forces conference in Melbourne, Australia, from 11-13 September, where its Apache AH-64E mixed reality (MR) helicopter simulator system as well as a UH-60 Black Hawk virtual reality (VR) simulator demonstrating a multi-ship mission will be on display at booth J037.

Partnering with SA Simulations, Bohemia Interactive and Varjo, visitors of the event will be able to explore lower cost simulation for combined arms training and mission rehearsal exercises.

SASimulations will be demonstrating it's FLEX-air: "Author Once, Deploy Anywhere" (AODA) training and simulation solution. AODA aims to decrease sustainment cost and development time-to-upgrade by only having one simulation model to update across all training devices. It provides an integrated training and simulation solution from iPad courseware to Full Flight Simulation training devices using the same simulation host and model across all platforms.

On display at the RYAN AEROSPACE Land Forces 2024 stand will be one mixed reality (MR) AH-64 Apache Mission Trainer coupled with a virtual reality (VR) UH-60 Black Hawk training device flying a mission using pre-prepared mission parameters, allowing for objective (as well as subjective) after-action review.

The devices utilise the RYAN AEROSPACE HELIMOD MARK III and HELIMOD Mark III PLUS+ (with control loading) with the "Apache Bolt-On" pack. We will be using Bohemia Interactive Simulation's VBS Blue IG. All of these devices will be interacting in one environment using FLEX-air's AH-64E simulation model.
