Halldale Group, a leading supplier of information on simulation and training, has launched a new corporate website, www.halldale.com. This website, along with three magazine websites and four event websites, will form Halldale Group’s online presence.
Andy Smith, Halldale Group CEO, comments, “We are excited to launch the new Halldale.com to explain the benefits of high quality, current training mehtods to personal, team and corporate performance improvement. We have felt for a long time that our corporate site needs to better fulfil the needs of the simulation and training industry in helping potential users understand both the reasons behind a decision to provide better training and the power of simulation based training.”
The new Halldale.com will feature a selection of executive briefs, a company directory and the simulation censuses for airline and military. The executive briefs will feature a range of articles that cover simulation and training across high-reliability, safety critical organisations. The company directory will hold a list of all companies within the airline, military and medical simulation and training industry, and the simulation census’ allows companies and individuals a reliable guide to the world’s flight simulators, showing technical details and locations.
We live in an ‘age of ineptitude’ according to Dr. Atul Gawande, CEO of the non-profit-seeking health care venture formed by Amazon, Berkshire Hathaway, and JPMorgan Chase. Dr. Gawande, who practices general and endocrine surgery at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts says we have the tools, we know what we ought to do but we fail to do it. Embedding best practice in training and using simulation to both train and assess individuals and teams in difficult and costly processes – and then applying new skills to the workplace improves staff satisfaction, aids retention, cuts avoidable error, saves money and protects expensively won brands.
Halldale.com will provide access to thought leadership across a range of high value, high risk industries enabling complex businesses to support their leaders and staff on the journey to high reliability.
The new corporate site launched on July 31, 2018.
Halldale’s magazine websites; civilaviation.training, militarysimulation.training and medicalsimulation.training, feature industry-specific news stories and information. These websites are linked to Halldale’s three industry magazines; Civil Aviation Training (CAT) Magazine, Military Simulation & Training (MS&T) Magazine and Medical Training Magazine (MTM). Each magazine provides in-depth coverage of the latest training trends and newsworthy developments.
Halldale Group also hosts some of the best airline training events around the world, for more information on the events visit:
