AdventHealth Nicholson Center is hosting its sixth annual Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome (OSAS) course on February 25th, 2019 in Orlando, Florida. This is the first time media will be invited to see the role Central Florida plays in international health care. More than 80 surgeons from as far as Hong Kong are traveling to the Nicholson Center for the opportunity to learn the most up-to-date surgical procedures available to treat those who cannot tolerate non-surgical treatment options for Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome (OSAHS). The application of surgery to the treatment on OSAHS is a growing field with the disease’s increasing prevalence.

This event will include facility tours, hands-on product opportunities and time to meet with the Sony and Nicholson teams. It will also feature surgeons training in the lab, a lecture component, a vendor hall and all of the Nicholson Center facility.

One-on-one interview opportunities with international surgeons and Nicholson Center directors are available, as well as with Dr. Scott Magnuson, course director and chief medical officer at the AdventHealth Nicholson Center.
