Triton training-quality oceans from Sundog Software are now available for the Unity game engine thanks to a partnership between Sundog and SimBlocks.

Triton 3D Ocean SDK has provided simulation and training-grade oceans to OpenGL and DirectX developers for years, however more and more customers want to use game engines to create their maritime training systems.

Triton works with the latest Unity release, including its ship wakes model, rotor wash effects, spray and foam, and realistic waves for any wind and swell conditions using the JONSWAP wave model. It also supports goecentric, whole-Earth models within Unity.
