Fleet Cost & Care have partnered with Industrial Training International (ITI) to create an integration between Fleet Cost & Care’s fleet management software and the ITI Learning Hub. The announcement was made at Interface 2021, a technology conference hosted by FCC for their users, partners, and industry leaders to highlight the importance of data in today’s world.

According to Jeff Curran, President of Fleet Cost & Care, “An integration with the ITI Learning Hub will offer our customers more access to the tools and training they need to do their job. This integration will enable a seamless flow of information between our customers' learning management and fleet management activities.”

The partnership will allow customers to: automate learning assignments to employees with robust learning paths, synchronize training achievements in the ITI Learning Hub with employee records in NexGen, reduce data entry and duplication and more.

In addition to its software feature set for learners and administrators, the ITI Learning Hub aggregates over 2,000 course and content titles, making it one of the world’s largest curated collections of learning content for construction and industrial organizations. Content libraries available to fleet owners are published by ITI Online, ClickSafety, JJ Keller, MARCOM, Hard Hat Safety, TPC Training Systems, ITI VR Simulations, and Pixo VR Safety. Additionally, ITI continuously grows its content library by developing new courses and further aggregating technical content from its content partners such as Liebherr, Tadano, and The Crosby Group.

Fleet owners supported by ITI Customer Success Managers can build multi-faceted Learning Paths that include any content type such as online courses, live in-person/online courses, 3D models, PDFs and videos, VR and on-the-job training assignments, digital field evaluations, and much more. Learning Path and Course completions can be mapped to Fleet Cost & Care employee profiles to simplify dispatching. 3rd party licenses and certifications can be uploaded to Learning Hub employee records with expiration dates and simple workflows alerting administrators of recertification requirements.

The companies expect the integration to be completed by the second quarter of 2022.
