BZI announced that its 21,000-ton steel construction project in Salinas, California, is driving job creation and regional economic growth.
The company will recruit workers during job fairs on April 23 and May 27 and has already added numerous positions to support the massive three-million-square-foot build. In tandem, BZI launched its Community Contributions Program to support causes such as education, wellness, and workforce development.
The company is also investing over $400,000 monthly in housing and has strengthened local businesses that support its job sites.
