About Jose

As a law enforcement trainer, Jose holds several instructor certifications, covering critical disciplines such as defensive tactics, applied patrol response, and de-escalation strategies. With a background encompassing 35 years in various martial arts disciplines, he is well-versed in the intricacies of personal safety and self-defense.

In response to the rising incidents of unruly passengers in the airline industry, Jose, alongside Darryl Owens, created the "LOUDER" de-escalation strategies course in early 2021.
