In line with Alpha Aviation's commitment to continuous learning, development and improvement, the Academy has officially obtained a membership with the UK's leading institute for Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
CPD enables professionals to enhance their personal and proficiency skills throughout their careers through learning activities that allow them to engage and enhance their abilities.
The Continuing Professional Development accreditation and certification both employees and cadets can obtain, will allow them to continually upskill or re-skill themselves, regardless of occupation, age or educational level. With the combination of different learning methodologies including training workshops, conferences and events, e-learning programmes, best practice techniques and ideas sharing, the focus is heavily placed on the improvement and effective professional development of the individuals.
