Eight companies won the right to compete for individual orders of a $2.4 billion Enterprise Training Service Contract (ETSC) by the U.S. Army Contracting Command - Orlando (ACC-ORL), in concert with the Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation ( PEO STRI). The orders will be to provide and manage training and training assistance for military and civilian related subjects in contingency operations; provide planning and support for Army, joint, and security cooperation exercises; and perform operations and maintenance sustainment functions for training aids, devices and ranges.

The eight companies include the Lukos-VATC  (Visual Awareness Technologies and Consulting, Inc.) )JV III LLC,* joint venture, Calhoun International, Applied Training Solutions; Engineering & Computer Simulations (ECS); Trideum Corp., Pulau Corp., Raytheon Company, and PAE National Security Solutions .
