CACI International Inc., a provider of information solutions and services, won a prime position on a nine-year, $184-million multiple-award contract to support the U.S. Deputy Chief of Naval Operations (DCNO) Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education (MPT&E) organization.

The MPT&E organization is responsible for manning the fleet and making sure that sailors are ready for the tasks they will undertake. Under the contract, CACI will provide business management services and business process reengineering to support the MPT&E program as the organization moves to streamline personnel management processes and improve the quality of services.

CACI’s President and CEO, Ken Asbury says its federal human capital solutions will help optimize the Navy’s programs to attract and retain highly qualified personnel.
