L3 Link Training & Simulation has been selected by the General Services Administration (GSA) to provide F-16 pilot training system support for the U.S. Air National Guard and U.S. Air Force Reserve Command to ensure mission readiness. The initial award has four additional option years.
As part of the Mission Tactics Trainer (MTT) programoperated by the Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve Command’s TrainingSystems Support Center, L3 will provide training system support for trainingstations at nine locations in the U.S. Training will include operation andemergency procedures, as well as tactics that enable pilots to detect, identifyand determine the orientation of targets with the same fidelity as they wouldon an actual sortie.
