NAVFAC Pacific has awarded a $61,941,034.05 firm-fixed-price task order to Core Tech-HDCC-Kajima LLC for constructing a low-rise reinforced concrete training center at Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz, Guam.

The facility will feature operational simulator spaces, applied instruction areas, offices, and meeting rooms, addressing the limited training resources currently available in the region. The project aims to enhance mission readiness, with an expected completion date set for April 2027.
