TrianGraphics has just released Trian3DBuilder version 8.0, now available for download. This latest version is packed with new features designed to increase productivity and offer greater flexibility for users across various industries.

Trian3DBuilder 8.0 introduces an enhanced automation workflow, featuring a redesigned project wizard, advanced Lua scripting, and a generation core optimized for Linux containers. The core system has been upgraded with the latest third-party libraries, improving both performance and security. The update also includes support for multiple ADAS platforms, object labeling, and sensor material integration. Additionally, Unreal Engine support has been made more versatile, providing users with increased project organization capabilities.

Some of the key new features include:

Redesigned Project Wizard - The new wizard offers a browser-based front end and is powered by Lua scripting. Users can quickly set up projects by importing GIS data from various sources, adding ground textures, satellite images, and land cover data, making the setup process faster and more efficient.

Updated Lua Scripting- Enhanced Lua scripting now includes practical examples for project setup, modifier adjustments, and vector data manipulation. Users can achieve all wizard functionalities through scripting for maximum control and flexibility.

Improved Unreal Engine Support- Unreal Engine users will benefit from enhanced import capabilities, supporting multiple PBR maps and the ability to organize projects more flexibly.
