Carroll Community College will hold a free Health CareCareer Training Information Session on Tuesday, August 20, from 6 p.m. – 7:30p.m. at the Washington Road Campus, Room M157. Attendees will receive anoverview of the college’s non-credit health care career training programs andlearn how to be job-ready in as little as two months.
Instructors and program managers will provide insight intohigh-demand, health care training programs including: assisted living manager, certifiednursing assistant, dental assistant, EKG technician, emergency medical technician,medical assistant, medical biller, medical coder, medical transcription editor,medicine aide, pharmacy technician, phlebotomy technician and sterile processingtechnician.
Attendees can find out about program requirements, classschedules and resources available to help pay for training.
