Pelesys Aviation Maintenance (PAMT) has announced that the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) has approved their Airbus A319/320/321 maintenance training course.

PAMT's new A320 maintenance course has been designed to meet various regulatory standards, specifically ATA specification 104-Level 3. The course includes complete descriptions of all systems for the A319/A320/A321 including avionics, airframe, and powerplant systems. The new maintenance course combines the best of traditional lecture based instructional methods with the latest computer based training technologies including 3D desk-top model of the aircraft.

Jim Cairns, VP maintenance training at PAMT commented, "the addition of the 3D modeling brings the aircraft into the classroom allowing the student to have an experience as close as possible to being on the actual aircraft."
