Following the introduction of its Embraer Type Cabin E-courses, Flyco Training Solutions has now also released Boeing 787 Dreamliner Type Cabin E-courses which meet the requirements of EASA, IATA, ICAO and other regulatory authorities.
The course starts with an introduction and general information section about the particular aircraft type before focusing on doors, slides and emergency exits. Passenger cabin, lavatories, galleys, flight deck, cabin attendant seating and control panels are also addressed, as well as lighting and emergency lighting, communications, aircraft oxygen system and emergency equipment.
It intends to address all the new systems present in the aircraft as well as providing a detailed insight into all aspects of the new Boeing 787 which differ from other aircraft types. This includes the Cabin Attendant Panels with additional detailed briefings on OFCR and OFAR.
Pinar Koksal, Flyco Group’s Cabin Training Director, commented, “At the moment we can confidently state that we have the most extensive Cabin Training E-course library, with over 20 general subject and 14 aircraft type courses present. As well as having courseware available for Boeing’s older aircraft like the 757 and 767, we are also in the process of completing courses for Boeing’s new narrow body aircraft type, the 737MAX.”
