multiSIM BV has received EASA qualification for the world’s first Night Vision Imaging System (NVIS)-capable Flight Training Device (FTD 1) powered entirely by virtual reality (VR).
Developed in collaboration with RotorSky GmbH and JFJ GmbH, the simulator operates on multiSIM’s proprietary D-World environment. It supports day and night operations with Night Vision Goggles (NVG), providing an immersive flight training experience. Now operational at RotorSky GmbH, the system meets EASA standards for both civilian and military training.
