ALSIM has announced the sale of an AL250 simulator to Adventure Aviation in Alberta, Canada. The Al250 will include a real Garmin GTN 650. It will complement the schools fleet of Cessna 172's, including a 172S Nav III, as well as a Piper twin.

"Our main use of the AL250 will be in our Professional Commercial Pilot Program. We will also be using it to help smaller commercial operators with their recurrent training requirements," said Adventure Aviation's Chief Pilot, Michael Mohr.

Adventure Aviation, which has been operating and training pilots since 2000, offers both recreational and commercial programs, with over 500 graduated students to-date.
