Fujairah Aviation Academy (FujAA) has partnered with Alpha Aviation Academy UAE (AAA) and will deliver part of its pilot training programme.

AAA cadets will spend three months at FujAA’s campus in Fujairah undertaking the Core Flying section of their pilot training. The cadets will then return to the Sharjah campus to begin the Basic Phase of the pilot training programme. This encompasses the transition from single pilot to Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC).

The next batch of eight cadets will start their Core Flying training by March 15th 2020.

The Core Flying phase involves cadets undertaking 70 hours of flight training on a single-engine aircraft. Here, they learn how to handle and fly an aircraft in preparation for the next phases. These include Line Training with Air Arabia where they build up 1,500 flying hours on an Airbus A320 aircraft.

To date, over 400 graduates have gone to fly with Air Arabia and other international airlines.

Captain Nadhem AlHamad, General Manager of AAA UAE, and Captain Yahya Alboloushi, General Manager of FujAA signed the partnership agreement.
